Working with PDFs

If you are working in a PDF, be careful when it comes to saving your work. The NHS computers use the Chrome PDF viewer and there's an old version of it that only saves the original file, NOT your changes. When you go to save your PDF, make sure it asks you if you want to save with changes or without. If it doesn't ask, you may have the old version. See below:

There is a workaround if you don't see the options above. Hit Print, then choose to save as PDF. That should save your work. You should check the document you saved before you close out though, just to make sure it did save your work.
