Web browser just spinning
If your web browser is just spinning and won't load any pages, the quickest fix is usually to shut it down and re-start.
If you are able to get it working again, try clearing the cache. Here's an article on how to do that:

Update Oct. 2020 - We have been having issues with the spinning Chrome browser. If re-starting your computer and clearing the cache doesn't work, you can try using the Microsoft Edge browser. You must, however, leave the Chrome browser open for Edge to work correctly. The Edge browser looks either like this
