Coach Debbie Rutter

• Varsity  Middle School Girls' Volleyball Coach/program lead

• Experience:  Coach Rutter comes to Northern with an exstensive resume of coaching experience.  Her coaching career began at Messiah University where she was the women's assistant coach from 1996-2013. Caoch Rutter was also a 4 year collegiant player at Messiah University.  Coach Rutter has been teaching developmental volleyball 15 years for the West Shore YMCA.  Currently, Coach Rutter  is head coach of both U13 and U15 club teams at the Y.  She has been with the middle school volleyball program for 8 years. Coach Rutter is also currently the Northern High School girls JV coach, having completed her 3rd year. Both of Coach Rutter's boys are graduates of Northern High School

 JV Coach Mimi Heisey  

• Experince:  Coach Heisey brings a vast range of experience to the program.  She has taught developmental volleyball, coached at many levels and managed the Frogtown Volleyball club in Ohio.  Coach Heisey also ran the middle school program for TImberstone Junior HIgh in Ohio.   Coach Heisey is the Assistant coach to Coach Rutter helping with U13 and U15 at the West Shore Y.  This is Coach Heisey's 3rd year as JV coach.
